My goodness, I had not heard about poor Hidden Eloise, this is outrageous. I am also sure that with the high quality of all your products at Cottontails that it is certainly worth happily accepting those rare problems/returns. By providing this happy, understanding customer service is what sets us apart from the big multi nationals that don't care so much about individuals. Love Moley! HUGS, Catherine xx
Humphrey looks distinctly unimpressed! I don't think Hidden Eloise is the only one - I think Little Cotton Rabbits had a similar problem.
